關(guān)于業(yè)務(wù)。對(duì)于業(yè)務(wù)我并不陌生，有五年的銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并且有4年的實(shí)體店管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。所以在來(lái)到之后，豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)使得我能夠在與經(jīng)銷商溝通的時(shí)候能夠得心應(yīng)手。并且能夠很好的完成自己的銷售任務(wù)。當(dāng)然，也要感謝公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，對(duì)于很多棘手的問(wèn)題給予支持以及幫助。
九月份完成銷售業(yè)績(jī)490w，完成銷售任務(wù)的95%，十月份完成銷售業(yè)績(jī)529w，完成銷售任務(wù)的115%。
關(guān)于售后。對(duì)于售后我以前并沒(méi)有接觸過(guò)，但是，在這兩個(gè)月的不斷學(xué)習(xí)中，終于也有了突破性的進(jìn)展，各倉(cāng)庫(kù)中九陽(yáng)產(chǎn)品的殘機(jī)、破損機(jī)的售后問(wèn)題。特別是武漢倉(cāng)，殘機(jī)、破損機(jī)數(shù)量達(dá)到了109臺(tái)。無(wú)法二次銷售，造成了庫(kù)存積壓。我聯(lián)系各個(gè)城市的客服主任，通過(guò)他們的推薦，聯(lián)系到我們倉(cāng)庫(kù)所在城市的授權(quán)售后服務(wù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)，并達(dá)成了協(xié)議，為我們維修這些售前機(jī)。第一批破損機(jī)已經(jīng)在修理之中，并且后續(xù)的售后問(wèn)題，也制定出了操作流程。
對(duì)于知識(shí)和個(gè)人素質(zhì)以及能力我都是在不斷學(xué)習(xí)的。一旦認(rèn)定的事情，我一定要在最短的時(shí)間之內(nèi)將其解決并且化為自己成長(zhǎng)中寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)的一部分。
關(guān)于竄貨。竄貨是我負(fù)責(zé)幾個(gè)工作中最讓我感到困難的。在工作三個(gè)月的時(shí)間里，一共接到竄貨投訴17次。我要找到竄貨的經(jīng)銷商以及貨物流向，做出合理的解釋，進(jìn)行申訴。但是8月-10月我司的掃碼設(shè)備并沒(méi)有完善，對(duì)于貨物流向無(wú)從查起。對(duì)于廠家來(lái)說(shuō)我們的貨竄到線下或者是線上跨區(qū)，就說(shuō)明我們對(duì)我們的經(jīng)銷商沒(méi)有掌控力度。如果沒(méi)有足夠的證據(jù)能夠說(shuō)明我們的貨物流向，廠家就會(huì)按照違反網(wǎng)絡(luò)渠道秩序給予相應(yīng)的處罰。這樣使我在查證竄貨的過(guò)程中壓力非常大。但是在壓力、困難面前我也沒(méi)有消極，而是積極的找出解決問(wèn)題的方法，在自己的努力以及同事的幫助下，每一次的竄貨投訴，都能夠成功申訴。北京是我們大客戶最多的一個(gè)城市，北京倉(cāng)的掃碼至關(guān)重要，不過(guò)所幸的是10月25日北京倉(cāng)已經(jīng)可以掃碼，相信對(duì)竄貨的處理會(huì)更加快捷和便利。
我有勇于面對(duì)困難的勇氣，并能以坦然、積極樂(lè)觀的態(tài)度對(duì)待困難，能夠從中學(xué)到很多珍貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
